I work with adult clients to support their professional development and personal well-being through times of challenge and transition. I trained as an ADHD coach after my own late diagnosis illuminated the role of ADHD in challenges I experienced throughout my life. I bring a compassionate approach that starts where you are and helps you find clarity, understand how you work, and use new strategies with awareness and inspiration for moving forward.
