5. How the Affiliate Program Works

5.1 Use of Affiliate Links

5.2 Affiliate links are tracked through secure, GDPR-compliant cookies that help us recognize which affiliate referred a visitor to our site. These cookies are typically active for 90 days. After this period, they automatically expire or reset, and no data is retained beyond that timeframe.

5.3 Affiliates must reapply their affiliate links to new promotions or marketing materials after cookies reset or policies are updated.

5.4 We use affiliate tracking only for legitimate business purposes — to ensure accurate commission reporting — and we do not collect or share any personal identifying information through these cookies.

5.5 When a student clicks and enrolls using a valid affiliate link, the Affiliate in one of our ADHD Coach certification programs, or purchases other services or products on our website, the Affiliate who referred them may earn a commission — at no additional cost to the student.

6. Cookie Tracking

6.1 A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer or device when you visit a website. An affiliate cookie helps attribute the referrals.

    • Cookies typically last 90 days.
    • After expiration, attribution resets automatically.
    • Cookies collect only browser-level, non-identifiable data.
    • No personal data (names, emails, payment info) is collected.

6.2 Purpose of Cookie Tracking
Cookies are used in our affiliate program to identify browser activity associated with your referral link to accurately:

    • Attribute referrals
    • Ensure accurate commission payouts
    • Maintain program integrity

6.3 Keeping cookies up to date as an Affiliate

Affiliates must refresh links or promotional materials whenever cookies reset or whenever program policies update.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

7.1  All affiliate tracking complies with:

    • FTC disclosure rules
    • GDPR requirements for lawful data processing
    • iACTcenter’s Privacy Policy
    • No personal or sensitive data is collected through affiliate cookies.
    • Cookies can be managed, opted out of, or deleted at any time through your browser settings.
    • For more details, see our full Cookie Policy
    • Cookie-derived data is never sold or shared.
    • Affiliates must also comply with all applicable data protection laws in their home jurisdiction.

10.2.1 At our discretion, the iACTcenter may extend a courtesy or bonus commission when an affiliate has demonstrably contributed to a student’s continued involvement or to a student’s decision to upgrade. If you play an active role in encouraging or facilitating a student’s upgrade, please reach out to us. We value collaboration and may offer a discretionary bonus to acknowledge your continued contribution.

10.4 If a referred customer requests a refund, the associated commission will be deducted from the Affiliate’s next payout within thirty (30) days of the refund request. If the next payout does not cover the deduction amount, the remaining balance will be carried over and deducted from future payouts until the full amount is recovered.

10.5 The iACTcenter reserves the right to adjust commission rates with thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to affiliates. Any changes will not affect commissions earned on sales made before the adjustment’s effective date.

11. Tracking & Attribution Rules

11.1 The Affiliate will receive a unique referral link to track sales and commissions. The Affiliate may not modify, redirect, or mask this link in any way that could interfere with accurate sales attribution.

11.2 Sales are attributed using cookie tracking. Cookies will remain active for 90 days or until a product or service is no longer available for purchase. The availability of products or services is at the Company’s discretion.

11.3 Cookies must be active for attribution.

If a student receives a refund:

  • Subsequent upgrades or purchases are not commissionable unless directly referred by the Affiliate.
