At the iACTcenter, we believe in transparency, integrity, and honesty in all our communications — including how we reward the amazing people who help share our work with the world.
This Affiliate Disclosure Policy explains how affiliate links work on our website and in our marketing materials, and how they comply with both the FTC’s regulations (for clear advertising disclosure) and the GDPR (for lawful data processing).
How Our Affiliate Program Works
Some of the links you may see on our website, in emails, or shared by certified partners and graduates are affiliate links.
When you click one of these links and enroll in an iACTcenter program, the referring affiliate may receive a small commission — at no extra cost to you.
Affiliate links are tracked through secure, GDPR-compliant cookies that help us recognize which affiliate referred a visitor to our site.
These cookies are typically active for 90 days.
After this period, they automatically expire or reset, and no data is retained beyond that timeframe.
Affiliates must reapply their affiliate links to new promotions or marketing materials after cookies reset or policies are updated.
We use affiliate tracking only for legitimate business purposes — to ensure accurate commission reporting — and we do not collect or share any personal identifying information through these cookies.

Affiliate Responsibilities
All iACTcenter affiliates agree to:
- Clearly disclose their affiliate relationship when promoting iACTcenter programs (for example, “I may earn a small commission if you enroll through this link — at no extra cost to you”).
- Use only official affiliate links provided by the iACTcenter.
- Replace or refresh affiliate links if cookies are reset or affiliate terms are updated.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including the FTC’s Endorsement Guidelines and GDPR data protection rules.
- Failure to disclose affiliate relationships or to use approved tracking links may result in suspension from the iACTcenter affiliate program.
Transparency Is Our Policy
We’re grateful to our affiliates — many of whom are iACTcenter graduates — for sharing our programs and mission with new audiences. We want every referral to be handled ethically, transparently, and in line with our shared values of integrity and trust.
